this book contains multiple golden nuggets of information that every real estate investor should listen to.
I recommend this book,This book has all the strategies，Really enjoyed it. The best thing is the large amount of additional resources that are provided for use as references to support and further your education and understanding of the topics discussed， you will find there a number of real success stories to remember.
I have read every book in the rich dad series.. This book is the best one yet.. every topic on real estate investing in one place with real world case studies … only down fall was the narrator. .. such wonderful information was very hard to pay attention with a dry robotic narrator… I believe Garrett Sutton world have been a perfect fit as he was for many of the rich dad books in the past..
If you have an open mind, you will enjoy the lessons from many very successful proffesionals. The real-life examples are encouraging and offer great lessons and inspiration.
Thank you Robert!!
I enjoyed it.Very informative and educational. I loved the examples offered and the experiences and real life examples given by the experts. Thank you Robert for putting this together.
This is easily the best overview of the complex world of real estate investing that I’ve seen — highly recommended! A key feature is the checklist in each section that lists what to do and how to do it. Everyone starting (or continuing) a real estate investment should thoroughly read and understand this marvelous work!
If you want to learn real estate this book is best with an information complete. as all the books kirosaky and Rich DAD is a Bible on this subject.
It is quite thick book but gets to the heart of the matter of real estate. Basically, it’s about the challenges/successes of other real estate investors; how they recovered from their mistakes/failures and, are at the top of their game. I wanted to have this book in my investing library since I run my own real estate investment company. I’m nowhere near through reading it and am reading other real estate books simultaneously. The training is always ongoing b/c sometimes things change within this industry that may or may not affect how we do business. My husband and I were trained via Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Investor Program in late 2011. Since we can’t work this business by ourselves, I assembled and hired a team of professionals (in 2 states) to work with since real estate investing is primarily a relationship business. You realize a higher rate of success using this book as a reference guide, learning from the mistakes of others in helping to achieve your goals.
The level of wisdom in this book is remarkable. Many of the concepts are relevant not only in real estate but in business and life in general. Many thanks to the authors for sharing their knowledge. I highly recommend this book.
The Absolute Best Real Estate Book, because its really 27 Books. 27 different authors wrote 27 chapters of ‘how to’. I had a hard time absorbing so much information that I had to read it slowly. 27 rich people shared how they did it, and I think I can learn something from one of them at least… 🙂
